Accuracy and quality
Each assignment is handled according to its language, subject matter and intended purpose, with appropriate quality checks before delivery.
ANZ Translation Service provides professional translation and interpreting services to individuals, families, businesses and community organisations throughout New Zealand. Our multicultural perspective helps us understand not only different languages, but also the practical, cultural and personal circumstances behind every request.
We help New Zealand’s diverse communities communicate clearly and confidently. Our translation services and interpreting services cover personal, immigration, legal, educational, business and community requirements across a wide range of languages.
Assignments are matched with appropriately qualified translators or interpreters according to the language, subject matter and intended use of the document or communication.
Our professional network includes translators and interpreters with relevant qualifications, industry experience and, where applicable, NZSTI membership or NAATI certification. We select practitioners according to the requirements of each assignment and the standards expected by the receiving organisation.
We work across a wide range of languages, with NZSTI members and NAATI-certified practitioners available where applicable. NAATI certifies individual practitioners; it does not certify languages. NZSTI is a professional association. The receiving organisation decides which credentials, if any, are required.
Each assignment is handled according to its language, subject matter and intended purpose, with appropriate quality checks before delivery.

The AUSIT Code of Ethics is fully supported in our professional practice.
We recognise that obtaining essential translations can create an additional financial burden for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in New Zealand.
Where circumstances allow, we offer discounted translation and interpreting services to eligible clients experiencing financial hardship. Our aim is to make important language services more accessible while continuing to operate sustainably and maintain professional standards.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your circumstances and confirm whether a discounted rate is available. Eligibility, scope and availability must be confirmed with our team. You do not need to share sensitive immigration details on this page.
Tell us what you need translated or interpreted, the languages involved and when you require the service. Our team will review your request and provide clear information about the next steps.
